Learn how to structure a production internationally.
In this course you will obtain professional guidance on the internationalization of projects, the search for partners, new sources of financing and the necessary tools to be able to structure a production at an international level.

- Functions of the executive producer in all phases of the project: development, pre-production, filming, post-production, distribution.
- Legal aspects of co-production.
- How to make a sales dossier.
- Audience design.
- Pitch tools and strategies.
- Analysis of international sources of financing.
- Design of financing and international distribution strategies.
- Project positioning.
- Risk management.
- Work dynamics between executive producer and talent.
Project:
Project sales dossier for aids and televisions: logline, synopsis, financing plan, marketing plan, production calendar, production report, management report, video pitch, budget.
Teacher
Jose Esteban Alenda
Independent producer, graduated in LADE from the UCM, European Master in Audiovisual Management from the Media Business School, founder of the production company Solita Films and awarded a Goya award by the Film Academy.
His productions include films such as Fishbowl (dir. Glorimar Marrero), world premiere at the Sundance Festival; Germany (María Zanetti), premiere at the San Sebastián Festival; The awakening of the ants (Antonella Sudasassi), premiere at the Berlinale, the first Central American film to receive a Goya nomination for best Ibero-American film and selected by Costa Rica as the country's representative at the Oscars; Endless (César Esteban Alenda and José Esteban Alenda), a film that won the Biznaga de Plata for best actor, the award for best first film at the Malaga Festival and the Goya nomination for best new director.
Currently, the documentary is in post-production. daughter of the volcano (Jeni de la Rosa) who has participated in the WiP of the Malaga Festival, Márgenes and in the official Impact Campaign section of the Sunny Side of the Doc Festival. She is also developing feature films I will not die of love (Marta Matute), three ages (Jiajie Yu Yan), The Guardian (Nuria Ibáñez), Saturn (Jose Martret), Deliver us from evil y Alma and the seven monsters (CE Alenda and JE Alenda).
In 2022 he is selected as one of the “producers under the spotlight” of the Producers Network of the Marché du Films de Cannes. He is a member of the Film Academy.
Access and registration
Aimed at students aged 18 and over with basic audiovisual knowledge.

At the end of the course, a diploma and certificate will be delivered attesting to having satisfactorily completed and passed it.
