Facilities and spaces
Study room
If you need a suitable place to study or do work with your classmates, the study room is designed both for individuals and for groups of students who need to meet to carry out projects, work or prepare for exams in common. An environment where you can concentrate and be inspired, without distractions and with all the necessary equipment: large tables, comfortable chairs, cable Internet and Wi-Fi coverage.
Cooking
A common space that you can use daily, as many times as you need. The kitchen is available to residents 24 hours a day. Fully equipped, it includes refrigerators, dishwashers, freezers, microwaves, ovens, kitchenware, utensils, storage and recycling. And, if you don't feel like cooking, remember that you have the Cabaret Café food vouchers.
Dining room
The best things happen around a table. For this reason, our dining room is a functional and comfortable room, designed to promote conversations between the residents while they eat. You can enjoy it individually or in a group.
TV and leisure room
Common areas are vitally important to create and strengthen the community TAI. If you want to disconnect, be entertained or socialize, the TV and leisure room is equipped with a projector, sofas, a relaxation area and games. A space to meet your colleagues without having to leave the residence.

Located at the headquarters of TAI, in the cultural heart of Madrid, with several multifunctional dining rooms with a stage, computer and sound system.

Proper nutrition is essential for physical and mental performance. For this reason, at Cabaret Café we offer you varied menus with fresh, quality products during the day with the option of take away dinners, from Monday to Friday.

More than a restaurant, Cabaret Café is a functional and multidisciplinary enclave that acts as a platform for artistic expression and performance where students can act, get to know each other, collaborate and support each other.
