 More than a place for restoration, it is formed as a space for interactions between artists, with interventions, concerts and exhibitions of photographic and pictorial works. A functional and multidisciplinary enclave that acts as a platform for expression and performance where students can disseminate their creations, try different creative languages, seek support and connect with future professional colleagues.

The Residence completes the artistic experience of the students of the University School of Arts TAI. Located in the heart of the Salamanca district, a few meters from the center itself, The House acts as a meeting point and union between creatives, performers, musicians, designers, filmmakers and young artists from different parts of Spain and the world. In addition, it also offers coworking spaces and its own artistic program with film clubs, happenings, exhibitions and many other self-managed activities by the students themselves.
