Graduated in Photography Direction from the School of Cinematography and Audiovisual of the Community of Madrid (ECAM)
Career path
He began his career as a television photojournalist and developed a 20-year career that began with news and reports in collaboration with the correspondents of CNN and NBC Spain.
Director of photography and/or cameraman in feature films such as 20 centimeters o Basque pelota and in television fiction series such as the body on fire, Elite, Manhunters, Brothers and detectives, Great reserve, Toledo, Long-Tailed Manakin o Fariña.
After spending time in the US with a Fulbright scholarship to expand his studies in the audiovisual field, he specialized in the documentary field and participated, first as a director of photography and finally as a director, in projects such as Cyber relationships (The Sixth) or A pulse to failure (TVE). With the latter she wins the VI Children's Rights and Journalism Award granted by the Ombudsman for Minors and the Journalists Association of Madrid / APM.
The feature-length documentary premiered at SEMINCI The subtle worlds about the work of Antonio Machado, nominated for best documentary feature film at the Goya.
