Career path
Researcher and creator.
Director of the PHotoEspaña Master's Degree in Photography from 2008 to 2013. Visiting Lecturer at the Royal College of Art, at Goldsmith College, at Geneve University of Art and Design and Visiting Professor at the BA Photography Program at Santa Fe University of Art and Design, New Mexico, USES.
His works have been exhibited in art centers such as the Marion Center for Photographic Art in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the Centro de Creación Industrial Laboral in Gijón, Periferias 2008, Intermediae/Matadero or Montehermoso, as well as in art galleries such as Off Limits (Madrid), The Aram Gallery (London), Galerie Klauss Braun (Berlin).
His works have been screened in prestigious international competitions such as Les Reencontres internationales Paris/Berlin/Madrid 08, in festivals such as Documenta Madrid 12 and 08, Docusur (Tenerife), at the European Independent Film Festival in Paris, Portobello FilmFestival (London), Festival Pobre de Gibara cinema (Cuba) or the Digital Barcelona Film Festival of 2006, etc.
