Career path
Film editor with several Goya nominated films.
He began his professional career in the production of The Other Side of the Bed (Emile Martínez Lazarus), The knight Don Quixote (Manuel Gutierrez Aragon) and Ana and the seven (Telecinco). He has been the editor of different short films, editor and director of the series of small documentaries Spain innovates on TVE and director of the documentary new spanish for TVE.
In 2009 he created MASPELICULAS, a production company with which he produces and directs series and feature films, highlighting the film by Mariano Barroso All women (4 Goya nominations).
More recently, he has been the director, screenwriter and editor of the documentary The Feast, directed together with Manuel Gutiérrez Aragón for Movistar+, editor of the invisible line of Mariano Barroso (Movistar+) or of the invisible monster by Javier Fesser and Guillermo Fesser.
He has been a professor at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche for almost a decade, as well as director of the Gudie Lawaetz Chair of Cinematography and Documentary and of the Misteri d'Elx Chair at this same university.
