Career path
Fernando Vaquero His professional career began over thirty years ago, starting his apprenticeship at what was then the theater known as "La Cuarta Pared" (The Fourth Wall). There he discovered the foundations of both naturalist theater and experimental theater. After years of training, he decided to change course and try his hand at the "Teatro de Cámara" (Chamber Theater). There he absorbed the purest concept of method theater under the tutelage of Angel Gutiérrez, a disciple of Stanislavsky. It was also there that he immersed himself in the knowledge and teachings of Grotowski and had his first encounter with the work of the great Russian playwright Anton Chekhov, landing his first professional opportunity with the play "Uncle Vanya." From there, after passing the entrance exams, he began a new chapter at the RESAD (Royal School of Dramatic Art). He will be followed in his training, which he alternates or combines with his work as an actor, by many other teachers of various disciplines: voice, body, singing, dance, dramaturgy… such as Arnold Taraborrelli, Itziar Pascual, Yolanda Monreal, William Layton, John Strasberg, Jesús Aladren, Deborah Warner, Marina Abramović and many others.
After more than sixty plays and numerous successful national and international television series where critics highlight her great versatility and power of persuasion, she is currently working as an acting coach and teacher in TAI, while continuing his passion as an actor, director and playwright.

Research lines
The research on interpretation takes a holistic approach, ranging from the roots of contemporary theater (Sataninlavsky, Peter Brook, Meissner, etc.) to Gabrielle Roth's "Five Rhythms," Kabuki theater, Butoh theater, and various performance art movements, among others. Furthermore, research is currently underway on the relationship between C.G. Jung's "archetypes" and their potential resonance for integration into the diverse characters that comprise a dramatic cast.
Regarding other professional interests, these include psychology (in all its aspects), dramaturgy, the natural integration of voice and body by eliminating blocks based mainly on the Linklater method, non-verbal communication/language and any field related to Fine Arts.
