Career path
He develops his professional activity in different fields: as a pianist, composer/arranger/orchestrator, music programmer and teacher. His work is characterized by the influence of different types of music, mainly folk, classical and jazz music.
He has worked, among others, with Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome, Dennis Mackrel, Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw, Franco D'Andrea, Nederlands Blazers Ensemble, flamenco guitarist Gerardo Núñez, dancer Carmen Cortés, Codarts Big Band, Peter-Jan Wagemans, Paul M. Van Brugge, Tim Kliphuis, Barga Jazz Orchestra, The New Music Ensemble of Rotterdam or Sole Gimenez.
He has been part of the jury of the most important festivals in Spain, such as the Big Band Composition and Arrangement Contest, organized annually by the SGAE.
He works in his spare time as a copyist for Durand-Salabert-Eschig (Universal Music).
