He is one of the greatest exponents of collage, involved in a championship that emerged in Spain and has reached international status.

He has worked as an art director in advertising agencies and studios in Spain, Switzerland, France and the United Kingdom.

He is currently dedicated to illustration, a field in which he has developed a very personal form of expression based on the use of collage mixed with digital ink.

Drawing inspiration from the work of ancient engravers and Max Ernest, Celso uses collage to bring to life a parallel world that revolves around forgotten techniques that blend primitive mechanics before the digital world, medieval stories, mythology, forgotten worlds, and nature.

His illustrations and collages have been exhibited in Madrid and Paris and he is a member of the Madrid Collage Association, in charge of setting up the Collage Championship in Spain, which is currently held internationally.
