Career path
Artist and teacher. Her research explores the role of materiality and materials both in artistic practice and in the processes of ideation and imagination.
As an artist, he has participated in national and international exhibitions in galleries and institutions such as La Casa Encendida (Madrid), Künstlerhaus (Vienna), Care/of (Milan), W139 (Amsterdam), Gasworks (London), CA2M (Madrid) and the Kunstinstituut Melly (Rotterdam), among others.
Within the framework of artistic education and research, she has been co-founder of Salon Flux (London), member of Proyecto Rampa (Madrid), director of the independent art studies program THEGYM (Madrid) and member of the collectives zahera+cuenca and
(play) ground-less.
Currently, he teaches at universities such as TAI and the IED.
She has been an editor and collaborator in different publications and has given workshops and talks in institutions and independent spaces in Spain and the United Kingdom.
