Antonio Villalba

He completed his doctoral studies at the CINEMA group at the Pompeu Fabra University, where he also completed a Master's Degree in Film Studies. His research focuses on the question of the actor in cinema, both from an ethical and technical point of view. Along these lines, he has created an acting experimentation laboratory called LICET. He also teaches classes in audiovisual interpretation, project development and film production at the School TAI, where he works in the Research Department. In addition, he develops his career in the industrial sector as a production director, his latest works being the short films “The Summer is Over” (2023) and “The Witch's Lullaby” (2023); and also as a director, his latest works being the short films “Los Gritos” (2023) and “Tiempo 4” (2023).
