Rachel Martín Díaz She is a personal development and training professional, specializing in supporting emotional growth, stress management, self-esteem building, and conscious decision-making. She designs and facilitates courses, workshops, sessions, and training experiences that integrate emotional work tools, creative visualization, and personal development, with a practical, sensitive, and transformative approach. Her work focuses on creating learning and support spaces that foster well-being, personal clarity, and sustainable change in companies, public/private institutions, and also through individual sessions.
