Career path
Freelance theater/art director with extensive experience in stage direction and event planning.
As a playwright, he has adapted the Vietnamese classic text Truyện Kiềun for the Spanish consulate in Vietnam and the Center for Fine Arts in Madrid.
As a director, he founded the Corazón de Vaca collective in Australia, with which he designed and directed and directed 6 shows for various Australian public and private entities, highlighting his direction of Phaedra's Love by Sarah Kane for the PICA in Perth and the dramaturgical adaptation and direction of Cloudstreet, by Tim Winton, for the Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne.
He has worked for various national and international public theaters, highlighting when it stops raining, by Andrew Bovell, which received the Max Award for best director and best show. In recent seasons he has directed The things that I know are true, by Andrew Bovell, for Teatros de Canal (Max Award for best actress for Verónica Forqué) and premiered tribes, by Nina Raine, in the Valle-Inclán room of the National Dramatic Center.
