To work as a cost controller, you need knowledge of audiovisual production, but also administration, finance, accounting, taxation or labor management.
As the person in charge of budget control, you will learn to establish the most appropriate work method during all phases of production.
Likewise, you will have to coordinate the work with the financial and accounting departments of the production company and with the different departments of audiovisual production.

In 1999 she formed the production company Oria Films with Montxo Armendáriz. She has been president of AMA (Madrid Audiovisual Association), member of the Madrid Culture Council, president of PIAF (Federation of Federated Independent Audiovisual Producers), advisor of AC/E (Spanish Cultural Action), of the Board of Directors of FIPCA (Federation Ibero-American Association of Cinematographic and Audiovisual Producers) and the Culture Council of Navarra.

Graduate in Audiovisual Communication from Nebrija University. He has worked in different audiovisual companies such as Gestevisión Telecinco, Telecinco Cinema SAU, Apaches Entertainment, Pecado Films, Babieka Films or Articas Servicios Integrales. He currently works as financial manager for Spain and Portugal at Netflix.

Postgraduate in Business Management at IESE Business School. Since 2017 she has been business manager and as of 2021 she has held the position of business director at Telecinco Cinema.
Clara Lago González
Graduated in Audiovisual Communication from Blanquerna and the Ramon Llull University of Barcelona. Master Media-MBA by Ramon Llull-ESADE. Master in Corporate Communication Management and professional conflict mediator graduated from Pompeu Fabra University. CFO of Zeta Studios. She has extensive experience as a production accountant and later as a controller, participating in more than 20 productions both nationally and internationally. As of 2024 she is the General Director at the Caballo Films Production Company.

Carmen Paez
Graduate in Law and Business Administration and Management (E3 Program) from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE) and member of the Higher Body of Civil Administrators of the State. She has worked in the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports, the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism. She has given different courses and presentations on intellectual property, international relations and administrative law in various institutions such as the National Institute of Public Administration.
Marcos Palazuelos
With more than 20 years of experience in financial departments, mainly in management control, he has developed his professional career in different sectors, working for approximately 10 years in the audiovisual field. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the control of productions and the management of tax incentives.
Clara Ruiperez
Doctor in Law and Master of Laws from the Humboldt University of Berlin. She has carried out research tasks at different European universities (Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität, UCM, USC and UNED), being the beneficiary of different training and research scholarships. Her work has been recognized with various awards such as the ClarkeModet Award for best research work. She is the author of various works related to intellectual property. She currently works as director of legal content strategy at Telefónica and secretary of the board of directors at M+.
