LEAVES ARE MY FINGERS / LEAVES ARE MY FINGERS
This project encompasses a production focused on conceptualizing the relationship between man and nature in a poetic and symbolic way.
Through the visual parallels between the body and nature, a particular state of mind and state of mind materializes, which, in turn, flees from any determinism. The staged portraits and environmental photographs create a narrative that seeks to reflect on symbiosis as a result of established relationships: care and destruction of nature/self.
Likewise, the author reflects on issues such as origin, roots and uprooting. The work appears as an irrevocable consequence of a search for identity that seems to have no end.
