Course 1

Photography and Digital Postproduction I

Introduction to photographic practice and image capture systems through DSLR cameras. Basic lighting for indoor and outdoor scenes. Editing and photo retouching with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.

Digital video production I

Introduction to capturing moving images with DSLR cameras. Sound capture with portable devices such as Zoom. Planning and staging from an audiovisual script.

Digital Editing of Video and Sound I

Basic concepts of editing and video and sound editing. Introduction to digital video editing with Adobe Premiere and sound with Adobe Audition.

Digital Video Postproduction I

Concepts of multimedia graphic animation in motion. Introduction to the use of Adobe After Effects to create the illusion of movement in audiovisual projects in 2D format.

Sound Design

Structures, concepts and narrative techniques applied to the sound design of an audiovisual story.

Screenwriting and Storytelling Workshop

Initiation to the script as a creative tool of the audiovisual narrative. Introduction to storytelling and emotional connection techniques with the audience through the message that is transmitted.

Introduction to audiovisual production: process of creation, pre-production, filming/recording and post-production of an audiovisual project. Fundamentals of law and intellectual property.

Creativity and Divergent Culture

A retrospective through art and counterculture throughout history. Referents and artistic base worked from the analysis of the visual, the theoretical and textual, expanding knowledge to various fields such as plastic arts, photography, music or cinema. Importance of hybridization of images for RR.SS.

Graphic Design

Graphic design in the visual communication strategy. Introduction to creating and designing images by editing vector graphics with Adobe Illustrator.

Web Design I

Fundamentals of web design: layout, online page design and content integration. Introduction to HTML markup language and CSS style sheets.

Audiovisual Communication in Digital Environments I

Introduction to the media and ICTs. The current audiovisual market: cinema, television, RRSS and OTT. Content programming.

Personal Brand Lab

Planning, creation and positioning of a personal brand. Identification of corporate concepts: identity, personal and public image, professional life cycle and social marketing. Preparation of the personal project identifying objectives, references, conceptual framework and technical resolution in accordance with the proposed methodology.

Photography and Digital Postproduction II

Advanced lighting for portrait photography, advertising still life, fashion, events, etc. Editing and advanced photographic retouching of the digital image with Adobe Photoshop.

Digital Video Production II

Planning, staging and video and sound recording of complex scenes. Advanced indoor and outdoor scene lighting.

Digital Editing of Video and Sound II

Advanced techniques in video and sound editing with Adobe Premiere and Adobe Audition.

Digital Video Postproduction II

Introduction to digital composition, creation of 2D motion graphics and special effects with Adobe After Effects. 3D modeling with Blender. Composition and integration of 3D objects and creation of 3D motion graphics with After Effects.

Visual Trends

Trendsetting analysis, search and study of visual trends. Development of visual fluency to generate and use in digital environments the images most appropriate to the needs of society and brands. Analysis of contemporary audiovisual narratives and their use in the generation of digital content.

Art Direction

Aesthetic aspects and visual codes of a brand/corporate image: keys to identify the target, analysis of the media, search for the most effective visual style.

Web Design II

Content management of a web page programmed with Wordpress, web design and user experience (UX). Responsive design. Blog, microsites and versatility in Wordpress.

Colour Correction with DaVinci

Introduction to management, color correction and workflow with Davinci Resolve. Exploration of the main characteristics of color rectification: hue and saturation, group curves, detection of scales and fades.

Audiovisual Communication in Digital Environments II

Tools and models for the design of communication strategies. Monitoring and digital analytics in social media. Internet search engine positioning: SEO, SEM, Analytics. From strategic planning, choosing the most appropriate category and audience configuration to creating ads and measuring the results obtained according to objectives.

Project: Branded Content

Application of the project methodology to business brand construction projects. Work on the concept of briefing, identification of objectives, requirements of the client, methodological adaptation to different business models and professional management of the work itself. Personalized monitoring, delving into the concept of branded content and the creation of brand-oriented content and company identity.
