Musical comedy

During the Summer School, a musical comedy will be performed, directed by Mexican playwright and stage director Omar Olvera. The play is a testimony to the TransMigrARTS research adventure in five countries and tells the story of a migrant workshop. Rehearsals begin after June 2 and the play will premiere on July 16, with an additional performance on the 17th.

TransMigrARTS Objectives

Transforming emotional and social harm of migrants through shared artistic experiences that improve their relational and work well-being.

Promote the creation of an international community of applied research and creation, expanding professional relationships and capabilities between researchers, artists and cultural communities.

Develop, observe and evaluate transformative art workshops, designing tools to measure their impact and perfect their effectiveness before their implementation in different social and cultural contexts.
