PORTFOLIO REVIEW

The Arte&Creación Portfolio Review program supports and finances the development of new projects

Arte&Creación invites students and alumni 2021-2022 to participate in the program PORTFOLIO REVIEW sending their artistic projects. This program gives the opportunity to participate in the sessions in which the proposals will be revised by a jury composed of representatives of Art&Creation and of each Faculty, professionals who will give feedback, logistical support and/or an economic item for the development of the projects.

Those who want assist as public to find out about interesting projects or how the program works before participating, you are more than welcome to do so, but keep in mind that there will be seats until full capacity. In addition, in the Art & Creation group in Classlife there is all the necessary additional information.

How to present a project

To participate it is necessary register up to one week before each session by filling in use this form, in it must be attached a detailed dossier and concrete in format PDF (not to exceed 10MB).

Given the high participation in previous editions of students and alumni, the presentations will be of 5 minutes and the constructive comments of the jury will last approximately 10 minutes.

Requirements by artistic discipline:

CINEMATOGRAPHY

  • Title of the project
  • Synopsis of the project (1/2 page maximum)
  • Technical sheet: duration and recording format
  • Script or treatment (in the case of documentary projects, Net Films, fashion films, video clips, expanded cinema, etc.)
  • Note of intent of the project (1 page)
  • Expectations that they intend to achieve with the project
  • Form and style proposal that includes visual and sound references
  • Locations
  • Casting
  • Budget and financing plan (in the case of co-productions)
  • Director bio with links to their work
  • Contact

MUSIC

  • Title of the project
  • Conceptual proposal of the project (1/2 page maximum)
  • Justification
  • Technical requirements
  • References (images, videos, web links)
  • Student's previous work
  • Expectations that they intend to achieve with the project
  • First sound demos of the project (if possible already have something prepared before sending the dossier)
  • Visual accompaniment proposal
  • Technical and artistic team
  • Work calendar
  • Estimated budget in case you require
  • Contact

VISUAL ARTS (Photography and Fine Arts)

  • Title of the project
  • Summary of the project (1/2 page maximum)
  • Preview of the proposal (sketches, renderings, assemblies, etc.) in the case of installation, interactive, performance proposals, etc.
  • Intentions of the proposal and conceptual development (between 500 and 750 words)
  • Referents (visual, theoretical, artistic, etc.)
  • Execution plan and methodology
  • Relationship with previous projects of the creator
  • Breakdown of materials and their conceptual relationship with the proposal
  • Budget
  • Places/spaces planned for your exhibition or prize to which the piece will be presented

PERFORMING ARTS

  • Title of the project
  • Main
  • Technical and artistic sheet
  • Project Synopsis (150 words)
  • company overview
  • Curriculum review of the people who are part of the project and the role they playpeñan in the same
  • Project argument: Why this project? Who is it for? If the text is your own, tell us about the text, how it was created (collaborative, from an idea, etc.)
  • Expectations that they intend to achieve with the project
  • References, ideas that have inspired them: images/video/websites
  • Technical sheet/needs for light, sound, space needs
  • Estimated budget in case you require
  • Duration. Whether or not you have rest
