The University School TAI gives you the opportunity to participate in the 72nd Edition of one of the most prestigious and important film festivals at a national and international level: The San Sebastián Film Festival.
With the aim of combining young talent with the film industry, TAI and the San Sebastián Festival collaborate one more year, betting on the employability and professional development of the students TAI.
To do this, they will be selected from among the members of the Community TAI, 5 students/alumni as Youth Jury and will be given to others 5 students/students accreditations to be part of the Festival Industry program.
This call will be held on the days from September 19 to 29 for the Youth Jury y from September 23 to 27 for the Industry program. The University School of Arts TAI, will offer those selected in both categories, a accommodation scholarship during all the days of stay necessary for each of the activities at the Festival.
Youth Jury
During the Festival, members of the Youth Jury will have the privilege of award the TCM Youth Award and will be able to attend the screening of all the films in the New Directors section, as well as those works that are the first or second feature films of the directors participating in the Latin Horizons section. A unique meeting between emerging young talent and the film industry.
Know the requirements to be a member of the Youth Jury:
The requirements to be a member are the following:
- Alumni graduating in the academic year 23-24 DEGREE, MASTER'S and DIPLOMATURE of all disciplines.
- Students enrolled in the academic year 24-25 in 4th year of DEGREE, MASTER and 2nd year of DIPLOMATURE of all disciplines.
- It is essential to have complete availability between 19 and September 29 (both days included).
- Have between 18 and 25 years for the date on which the Festival takes place.
Industry Accreditations
Festival Industry accreditations, will give access to the 5 selected ones to all the activities scheduled with the industry at the Festival. These accreditations will provide participants with a broad vision of the film industry, opening their minds to a world of creative and employment opportunities, promoting their professional development in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The requirements are as follows:
- Alumni graduating in the academic year 23-24 of all programs in the DEGREE CINEMATOGRAPHY area, MASTER AND DIPLOMATURE.
- Students enrolled in the 24-25 academic year of all programs in the area of CINEMATOGRAPHY of the 4th DEGREE course, MASTER AND 2nd course of DIPLOMATURE
- It is essential to have complete availability between 23 and September 27 (both days included).

- Name
- Degree that you took or are currently taking in TAI
- Indicate in what modalityd wants to participate: as a Youth Jury or with Industry accreditations. Only one of them can be selected.
- CV
- An motivation letter in which you detail what drives you to want to live this experience at the Festival and how you want to take advantage of this opportunity for your professional development.

TAI and the San Sebastián Film Festival
This collaboration, started in 2021, aims to linking young talent with the film industry in one of the most prestigious film festivals at a national and international level. That same year, the basis of the agreement consisted of the participation of students in the Festival through the Young Jury, as well as in various masterclasses organized in TAI in Madrid, bringing the Festival closer to all students.
