Physical TAI

An opportunity to care for and learn more about our physical capacity and explore the body as an artistic, scenic and cinematographic tool. A place for training, meeting and creation in workshops led by different members of the community TAI.
Dance, stunt, stage fight o Self Defense in a format adapted to all levels and physical abilities.
Objectives:
- Work on expression and body awareness.
- Exercise skills such as coordination, balance, reflexes, etc., fundamental elements in stage, cinematographic or performative interpretation.
- Promote creative sensitivity individually and collectively.
