In 2021, the alumni paul sources won the second edition of Audi Future Stories with Handsfree, the short film that gave a boost to his professional career in the film industry.
Despite being the call with the largest number of participants, the jury has made the decision unanimously, emphasized the originality, tension and mystery of this history that has led the Galician artist to become the youngest winner in the history of this contest.
"...Without abandoning the mystery and suspense, Huir flirts with the fantastic, it is dreamlike, poetic and draws a character who escapes from reality, responsibility and commitment to being everything that ties him to a way of life ”.
The prize for the man from Ourense will be to bring his story to the big screen by co-directing the short film with the prestigious film director Kike Maíllo. The piece will be filmed in Barcelona and will be presented in September within the framework of the San Sebastián Festival.
